How and Terms of Refunding Digital Products at S.id Shop

S.id Shop, we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable digital product buying and selling experience. However, if you experience problems with the product you purchased, we provide an easy refund process.

How to Submit a Refund:

If you feel the need to submit a refund for a digital product purchase, you can directly contact the S.id Helpdesk team via the following email:

Make sure to include the following information in the email:

  • S.id account name

  • Product name and store link

  • Proof of payment or invoice

  • Clear reason for requesting a refund

Refund Terms:

Refunds can only be submitted under the following conditions:

  • The product is not received by the Buyer.

  • The product does not match the description.

  • Refund requests must be made a maximum of 1x24 hours after the product is received (based on proof of shipping receipt).

  • The Buyer is required to upload supporting evidence (photos/videos) when submitting a refund.

  • The Seller has a maximum of 1x24 hours to respond to the refund request.

  • If there is no agreement, s.id has the right to be a mediator and the Platform's decision is final.
