Here's how to use a subpage domain. Make sure you are already using a custom domain if you want to use a subpage domain.
1. Already have a custom domain
2. Go to the dashboard and to the domain menu
3. Select the domain you want to add a subpage domain to

4. Click the "Add new sub page" button
5. Select microsite and you can edit the name of your domain subpage
