Here's how to use a subpage domain. Make sure you are already using a custom domain if you want to use a subpage domain.

Go to the dashboard and to the domain menu

Select the domain you want to add a subpage domain to
- Click the "Add new sub page" button
- Select microsite and you can edit the name of your domain subpage
