Below is a guide on how you can claim and withdraw rewards from the points you have collected:
Step 1 – Open the Referral Program Page
Please click the sidebar in your Dashboard, then select “Referral Program.”

Step 2 – View Your Referral Code & Share with Friends
After entering the Referral page, you will see:
- Campaign Banner – Information about the active campaign, countdown timer, and your total current points
- Referral Code – Displayed prominently in the center (Example: 12345678)
- Copy Button – Copy the code to clipboard
- Share Button – Share directly via WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, X (Twitter), or other platforms through the system share feature

Note: If you don’t have a referral code yet, please click “Generate Referral Code” first.
Step 3 – Claim Achieved Milestones
At the bottom of the page, milestone lists are displayed with filters: All / Unclaimed / Claimed
Each milestone row shows:
- Mascot Icon – different colors/poses depending on status (claimed, available, or locked)
- Target points and reward amount (IDR)
- Action button / badge on the right side


Click Claim → confirm in the dialog → the milestone will be successfully claimed and moved to the Claimed Point tab.
Step 4 – Withdraw from the “Claimed Point” Tab
Open the Claimed Point tab, then:
- Select one or multiple claims you want to withdraw
- Use “Select all eligible for withdrawal” to choose all at once
- An action bar will appear at the bottom showing the number of selected claims and total amount (approx. Rp xxx)
- Click Submit Withdrawal

Claims with status COMPLETED cannot be selected. If there is a withdrawal still in PENDING status, the Submit Withdrawal button will be disabled until the process is finished.
Step 5 – Confirm & Fill in E-Wallet Details
A Submit Withdrawal modal will appear with a summary.

Fill in the form below the summary:
- E-Wallet – choose provider from dropdown (GoPay, OVO, DANA, etc.)
- E-Wallet Account Owner – name must match the registered e-wallet account
- Phone Number – format 08xxxxxxxxxx (10–13 digits)
If your e-wallet details have been saved before, the form will not appear again—the system will automatically use the stored data (shown in masked format). To change it, go to Settings → Other → E-Wallet.
Click Submit Withdrawal to send the request.
Step 6 – Track Status in the “Withdrawal” Tab
Open the Withdrawal tab to view the history of all withdrawal transactions.
Each item shows:
- Reference number – format WD/R/YYYYMM/XXXXX (example: WD/R/202604/00012)
- Channel & number – e.g. ID_GOPAY · 0838****99 (masked number)
- Date & time of request submission
- Amount received (after admin fee deduction)
- Status indicator (color-coded)
